For the first time, Android will also offer a split-screen view, Apps that support this will be able to run side-by-side with other apps on both tablets and phones (and developers can set the minimum allowable dimensions for their apps). Multi-windows support is something users have long asked for-especially on tablets. Google’s own Pixel-C, for example, would make a far better productivity device with this feature.
Although this is just a developer’s preview of the Android ‘N’ it boasts with pretty good improvisations and customization. I especially liked the dark mode and quick settings.
Even though I received the latest Marshmallow update for my Moto G (2nd generation) a month ago, I look forward to this update or might as well get a nexus device for myself.
Google decided to sweeten up the morning for Android lovers. They’ve released the Android N’s Developer preview. And if your are wondering what the N stands for, well we are too and may have to wait until Google I/O. Before you get too excited, the developer preview is available for the following devices only- Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Pixel C, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, and the General Mobile 4G.
